Fot the matter of time here , people are never in a hurry and they are used to say it is „African Time “ meaning even if you give an appointement to a person and you do not come on time it is not a problem and waiting is something we are used to. As a conclusion I can say that the very problem of time and space here is  that people are never in a hurry and space is used in a way that is not planned .I think I have answered all your questions and if such is not the case , you can let me know it and I will try to do my best to give more explanations next time .
